Plan Buying
A premium kitchen should do more than look clean in a render. It needs enough prep space, a smart appliance layout, useful storage, and easy circulation around the island.

Start with circulation. Can two people move through the kitchen without blocking the range, sink, or refrigerator? If the island is beautiful but awkward to walk around, the layout will feel frustrating faster than the render suggests.
Then look at prep flow. Buyers should notice where groceries land, where small appliances live, how close the sink is to the range, and whether the pantry or secondary storage is actually convenient.
A premium kitchen also needs enough landing space. Island seating is great, but not if it eats into the working side of the room or turns the cooktop wall into a cramped bottleneck.
The best plan layouts make the kitchen feel generous and calm on an ordinary weekday, not only when the counters are empty and the lights are perfect.
